New Merchandise Structure
Supercheap Auto recently announced a new Merchandise Structure to enable a greater focus on the consumer.
This new structure aligns categories and products to how consumers shop and purchase when visiting our retail stores. We now have three business units (previously four quads) focused predominantly on the following core areas;
We believe with a greater focus on the customer and their purchasing and decision making behaviors, we will be able to serve our customers product needs better, build more effective product and merchandising solutions and in turn grow our mutual businesses.
This structure is effective from the 2nd July 2007 and is also available on our website.
